This agreement outlines the General Terms and Conditions applicable to the use of the services provided by Microweb.me, a company registered under the laws of the Oriental Republic of Uruguay, with legal domicile in Rocha, Uruguay. By registering or using any of our services or features, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

3.5 SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATION
Subscriptions may be canceled at any time. If canceled within the first five (5) business days of activation or upgrade from a free plan, Microweb.me will refund the paid amount minus applicable service and transaction fees.
3.6 PAYMENT METHODS
Accepted payment methods are listed on the site at the time of transaction.
3.7 PROMOTIONAL TRIALS
Microweb.me may offer promotional trials at its sole discretion, which may be revoked or modified at any time.
3.8 SERVICE QUALITY

3.9 USAGE RESTRICTIONS
Users agree not to:

- Distribute copyrighted material without rights

11. ACCOUNT TERMINATION
We may suspend or delete accounts in case of terms violation or improper use. Partial refunds may be granted at our discretion unless user misconduct is involved.
12. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
These terms are governed by the laws of Uruguay. Any dispute will be submitted to the courts of La Paloma, Rocha, Uruguay, waiving any other jurisdiction.
